There was a repair required which i believed to be under my extended warranty. The warranty manager stated it was not without presenting a claim and when i insisted it was the claim was allowed.

I am very happy with the service experience at Partridge and in particular that the full list of work scheduled for my car is completed. I have used other dealers where the work is not always completed and you end up having to book the car in again.

As you can see from previous comments software and number of issues had detracted from the ownership experience. The staff are having to mange customers expectations maintaining an inferior product with a manufacturer who no longer applies QA.

Normally fantastic service. This time car wasn't ready for after time given. Asked for an error message to be cleared & was told car would be cleaned (neither had been done even after car had been there for 3 days & waiting in showroom for 20mins.

Please in future, when asking the client to come in because of a recall, make sure all parts are at hand, does not help to strip the car then put it back together because no-one thought to think ahead and make sure parts are available.

Always have problems using Partridge. Dropped car off at 8.10am for a simple oil service - heard nothing until 4.15pm. Didn't get health check video by technician until I collected car and inaudible so useless. No paperwork / receipt issued.

I asked for updates and I was the one calling to follow up. Its was all a little poor. I booked to have my break disc's and pad replaced. I book around a week in advance. I drop the car off and get a call 1 hours later saying there is no stock.

Car no finished properly, had to take it back. There were small things - seals not replaced properly. But poor attention to detail given the hourly rate. It was sorted promptly when I took it back. However, no body said "sorry" to my face.

was kept up to date with the progress of the car. Unfortunately, an intermittent fault and they were unable to fault the car at the time of testing, they did try for almost two weeks, so wasn't a case of no fault found come and collect. Good service

Not professional scamming drivers that don't know the trade . I have recipient for new tyre n/s . One week old before taking to bmw .due to nail in side wall off tyre . Replace by Mitchelldever tyre . And off side check by them infact all 4 was check

Just a little slow in fitting the new tyres (over 3 hour wait). However I was updated regularly. The car was returned with the new tyres unrecognised (which I fixed with a manual input) and the auto handbrake disengaged

Whilst the dealership is great I feel that so far the experience at Poole Audi is superior. Is cleaner, more modern and the level of service was better (I felt more special and valued) but its early days back with BMW so I can revalue in the future
